Arozzi allows you to fill out a form on their website to apply for a sponsorship. They don't provide very much information regarding what you will receive but it is likely an Affiliate program with the possiblity of receiving some free product.
They request that you share your audience size and the smallest audience size they have in the dropdown menu is 50,000 followers so this isn't a gaming sponsorship for the little guy.
